Salem is a city in Utah County, Utah. It is a suburban community located between the southeastern coast of Utah Lake and the western part of Wasatch Range. Salem is located about 15 miles from Provo and about 60 miles from Salt Lake City, both of which can be reached by nearby Interstate 15.
